FYI: TUNA Canning- 1lb. of loined Tuna= 1 Pint of canned fish. 1/2 lb. per 1/2 pint. Pressure cook 90 minutes when the pressure cooker reaches 10 pounds of pressure. Maintain 10 lbs. pressure for a full 90 minutes!
